Dave Hughes Signature Custom Homes believes building a home is a big decision and an even bigger undertaking. Dave Hughes Signature Custom Homes presently has over 200 different custom home plans, ranging from 3,000-SF and up. Dave is able to work from his own plans, from the home buyers’ plans or can even visit a property and begin a new design based on the property topography; there’s nothing he can’t change or that he can’t do!
He is presently building in Montgomery, Bentwater, Pinehurst, Conroe, Willis, Magnolia, and surrounding areas north of FM 1488.
